huge private estate sale: antiques & collectables FOR SALE
ubuymainpage
These items all come from a huge private estate, all
housed in an old colonial home in Bassendean, 8 miles east of the CBD
Perth, collected over 20 plus years, containing hundreds of antiques & collectables, incl.
silverware, plated and sterling, glassware, china, paintings (many by
Australian artists), jewellery, tableware, and some Australian colonial
furniture (cedar, jarrah, pine), etc.
All
listed items are offered for sale. Some are steadily being dumped at
auction houses around Perth so if you are interested in something,
don't hesitate to ask. As this is a private sale there is no auction
premium (11-22% at most auction houses in Perth), or
GST, associated with items bought from this site.
All items are individually
photographed and described There are some obvious
typing/spelling errors, which are slowly being corrected. All items
have a 'buy-it-now'
price. If you
want, you can make a near offer, your offer will be considered and you
will be notified accordingly, generally within 24 hours.
Certain rules apply, however; see link: "Conditions of Sale" in the
left column. Basically, if someone offers the full buy-it-now price
while your offer is being considered, that item is deemed to be sold to
the buyer offering the full amount. When more than one
'buy-it-now' offer is made, the email arriving first is considered the
winner.
