Silverware

This is a Victorian hot water pot (engraved so on top). It is beautifully engraved and embossed all over...the leaves stick out. The pot os about 25 cms long and 18.5 cms high. Shows a lot of character. Made by Thomas Otley & Sons, Shielfield, c1880.

Set of three matching triple silver-plated pots...coffee, tea and hot water. One of the pots is missing a bit under the finial, which can be replaced if you really want to....I HAVE FOUND ONE ALREADY SINCE THEN. A superb set made by Paramount tirled "Du Barry". The tallest pot stands 26 cms high. I have not cleaned the silver on these pots....it is not that difficult to do with professional claener and would come up a real treat.

A superb Art Nouveau Cherab design silver plated trinket box or jewellery box with hinged lid. It is a bit difficult to read the inscription on the bottom but it seems to be made by Homan Silverplate Co. I would date this to about 1880-1890. THE TOP CAN BE MONOGRAPHED AS A GIFT.

A solid silver plated small serving dish. Good weight and nice design. 20 cms x 17 cms....2.5 cms high.The bottom has a worn sticker saying "Flair design". In excellent condition.

A vintage three piece EPNS Crusader silver plated tea and coffe service. Very clean, very classical Art Deco design, c1930. The coffee pot stands at 20 cms to give you an idea of the dimensions.
